An original first edition collection of Harriet Martineau’s Illustrations have come up for sale. As John Vint, the Chair of the Society says, expensive and the volumes are quite small: 5.25” x 3.5”. John remembers working with this size when first interested in Harriet’s work years ago – using Manchester University Library in those days.
Anyway, we have decided to advertise it on our website – because you never know – someone may be interested and have the spare cash!
